Sessions must be booked and paid in advance
Cancellations must follow the refund terms provided at time of booking
No-shows or cancellations outside of the stated policy window may forfeit session fees

Due to the personalized nature of our services:

Full refund is available if canceled 14+ days before your session
50% refund available if canceled 7–13 days prior
One-time rescheduling option available within 7 days of appointment
